Os resultados confirmaram que a inova\u00e7\u00e3o ajuda a melhorar a capacidade de dete\u00e7\u00e3o de adenoma entre endoscopistas com diferentes n\u00edveis de experi\u00eancia.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O estudo utilizou um sistema de aprendizagem profunda designado por dete\u00e7\u00e3o de p\u00f3lipos assistida por computador (CADe), que j\u00e1 demonstrou os seus benef\u00edcios cl\u00ednicos na dete\u00e7\u00e3o de adenomas em tempo real.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o envolveu 22 endoscopistas juniores com menos de 500 endoscopias e menos de tr\u00eas anos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o. Estes endoscopistas foram divididos em grupos de principiantes e interm\u00e9dios com base nos seus n\u00edveis de experi\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realizado como um ensaio cl\u00ednico aleat\u00f3rio, simples-cego, de grupo paralelo, em Hong Kong, de abril de 2021 a julho de 2022, o estudo envolveu participantes que estavam a ser submetidos a colonoscopias de rastreio, vigil\u00e2ncia ou diagn\u00f3stico. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estes participantes foram distribu\u00eddos aleatoriamente numa propor\u00e7\u00e3o de 1:1 para receberem colonoscopias assistidas por CADe ou colonoscopias normais (grupo de controlo).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O seu desempenho foi avaliado em 766 pacientes, dos quais quase metade foram submetidos a colonoscopias assistidas por CADe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os resultados mostraram que a taxa de dete\u00e7\u00e3o de adenomas (ADR) foi significativamente mais elevada no grupo CADe (57,5%) em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o grupo de controlo (44,5%).
