Hij gaf ook toe ChatGPT in andere rechtszaken te hebben gebruikt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Schwartz, die optrad namens Peter LeDocu, een collega bij hetzelfde advocatenkantoor, moet op 8 juni voor het Hof verschijnen om uit te leggen waarom hij en zijn advocatenkantoor niet bestraft moeten worden.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wanneer ChatGPT controleert<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">OpenAI is er heel duidelijk over dat ChatGPT kwetsbaar is voor het verkeerd weergeven van de waarheid, maar de AI kan zelfverzekerd overkomen als hij contextueel relevante 'voorbeelden' geeft die niet feitelijk correct zijn - ook wel \"hallucineren\" genoemd.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dit is ook een probleem in de academische wereld, waar ChatGPT vaak valse referenties genereert, die soms zo ver gaan dat ze realistische studies en experimenten fabriceren die nooit hebben plaatsgevonden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Veel universiteiten hebben verklaringen uitgegeven waarin ze dit benadrukken. Bijvoorbeeld, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.library.duke.edu\/blog\/2023\/03\/09\/chatgpt-and-fake-citations\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Duke University stelt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, \"Wat je misschien niet weet over ChatGPT is dat het aanzienlijke beperkingen heeft als betrouwbare onderzoeksassistent.
