Pouget merkt op hoe lastig dit is en zegt: \"Niet veel mensen ter wereld zullen dit kunnen.\" <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het algoritme toonde ook ongeveer 50% nauwkeurigheid bij het bepalen van het oogstjaar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uit het onderzoek bleek ook dat het algoritme het landgoed effectief kon identificeren door slechts 5% van elk chromatogram te gebruiken. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pouget zegt dat dit bewijst dat de kenmerkende smaak en textuur van een wijn worden gevormd door de collectieve concentratie van talloze moleculen in plaats van slechts een paar belangrijke - een objectieve basis voor het ongrijpbare terroir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verder was het opmerkelijk dat het algoritme wijnen uit vergelijkbare regio's kon clusteren door de chromatogramgegevens te analyseren.
