Een nieuwsuitgever die zijn journalist betaalt om een verslag te schrijven, zou begrijpelijkerwijs niet willen dat iemand dat materiaal gratis gebruikt.<\/p>\n<p>Hoe AI-bedrijven deze principes in de praktijk toepassen, zal in sommige gevallen moeilijk zijn en in andere gevallen onverteerbaar of zelfs onpraktisch.<\/p>\n<p>OpenAI, dat momenteel rechtszaken voert over auteursrechten, heeft laten zien dat het <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyai.com\/nl\/2023\/08\/the-new-york-times-may-sue-openai-over-copyright-claims\/\">open voor licentiebesprekingen<\/a>. Eerder dit jaar sloot het een deal met The Associated Press om een licentie te nemen op de inhoud die teruggaat tot 1985.<\/p>\n<p>De eis van gedetailleerde transparantie zal moeilijker te verkopen zijn. Moet het dan een lijst met URL's toevoegen voor elk artikel dat het heeft gebruikt om zijn antwoord samen te stellen?<\/p>\n<p>Misschien. Dat zou kunnen voldoen aan de eis die in de principes staat. Maar zou jij een AI gebruiken die een lange lijst met referenties uitspuugt als je alleen een kort antwoord wilt?<\/p>\n<p>De eis om \"vertrouwde en betrouwbare bronnen te promoten\" is ook een beetje willekeurig. Moet The Washington Post op de lijst? En Fox News?
