Shopify heeft het voorrecht om een van de bedrijven te zijn met de beste kansen om AI te gebruiken om onze klanten te helpen.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De reactie op de laatste beweringen van <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyai.com\/nl\/2023\/07\/ceo-replaces-90-of-customer-support-staff-with-a-chatbot\/\">AI-chatbots nemen ondersteunende banen over<\/a> was begrijpelijkerwijs niet positief. Reacties op Nandini's tweet varieerden van verontwaardiging over de benarde situatie van werknemers tot scepsis over het soort ondersteuning dat AI mogelijk zou kunnen bieden.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Is AI de toekomst voor Shopify-ondersteuning?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shopify heeft nog geen duidelijkheid gegeven over hoe het van plan is AI te gebruiken om ondersteuning te bieden op zijn platform, maar het heeft onlangs wel AI-tools uitgerold voor zijn gebruikers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als je een winkel hebt op het Shopify platform heb je nu toegang tot hun AI assistent genaamd Sidekick. De tool kan je informatie geven over verkooptrends, wijzigingen aanbrengen in je winkel of vragen beantwoorden over feedback van klanten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit is ongetwijfeld een enorme tijdsbesparing als je een winkel runt op Shopify. Maar nu lijkt het erop dat als je een vraag hebt waar Sidekick je niet mee kan helpen, je met een andere AI moet praten in plaats van dat je ondersteuning krijgt van een mens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nandini zei dat ze verwachtte dat de wachttijden bij Shopify \"de pan uit zouden rijzen\" vanwege de ontslagen bij de klantenservice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De klokkenluider zei dat Shopify-klanten binnenkort met bots zouden spreken en uren zouden moeten wachten om te worden doorgeschakeld naar een menselijke vertegenwoordiger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00fctke richt zich misschien op andere statistieken. Gamers zullen merken dat je vaak de \"baas\" moet verslaan om een level hoger te komen.
