AI heeft bijgedragen aan wonderbaarlijke doorbraken, zoals het mogelijk maken van verlamde personen om te lopen<\/a> en ontdekking van superbug-dodende antibiotica<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>De snelle evolutie leidt de wereld echter naar onbekend terrein, wat heeft geleid tot een reeks spraakmakende waarschuwingen van vooraanstaande AI-leiders, academici, politici en prominenten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Aan de top zullen 'gelijkgestemde' landen deelnemen, wat leidde tot beschuldigingen dat Sunak probeerde een 'AI-alliantie' tegen China en Rusland te vormen.<\/span><\/p>\n

De AI-top sluit aan bij de G7's <\/span>Hiroshima AI raamwerk<\/span><\/a>die ernaar streeft om voor het einde van het jaar uniforme en wederzijds overeengekomen beginselen voor AI-governance vast te stellen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

De Britse AI-sector draagt 3,7 miljard pond bij aan de economie en biedt werk aan 50.000 mensen. OpenAI en Anthropic hebben beide onlangs een kantoor geopend in Londen, evenals Palantir, een wereldwijde leider op het gebied van AI, <\/span>het Verenigd Koninkrijk aangekondigd<\/span><\/a> als nieuw Europees hoofdkantoor.<\/span><\/p>\n
