Zelfs als China en de <span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\"><span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\"><span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\">US<\/span><\/span><\/span> overeengekomen, zou Rusland stevig in de periferie blijven.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ondanks obstakels is de <span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\"><span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\"><span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\">US<\/span><\/span><\/span> en China hebben enige bereidheid getoond om samen te werken aan AI-kwesties op internationaal niveau.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In maart heeft de <span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\"><span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\"><span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\">US<\/span><\/span><\/span> introduceerde een <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyai.com\/nl\/2024\/03\/un-general-assembly-sets-international-guidelines-for-ai\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">niet-bindende resolutie bij de VN<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> waarin werd gepleit voor \"veilige, beveiligde en betrouwbare\" AI, waarmee de steun van China werd verworven.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Er is echter nog een reden voor China om deze besprekingen te versnellen. Het lijkt zeker dat <span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\"><span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\"><span class=\"noTranslate\" data-no-translation=\"\">US<\/span><\/span><\/span> AI-wapens, waaronder <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyai.com\/nl\/2024\/05\/us-air-force-secretary-frank-kendall-tests-an-ai-piloted-fighter-jet\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">autonome gevechtsvliegtuigen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">die onlangs is gedemonstreerd, ligt ver voor op China.
