De <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41589-024-01580-x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">onderzoek<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> werd gepubliceerd in <em>Natuur Chemische Biologie<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Begin met een kleine set verbindingen, ge\u00efdentificeerd via simulaties, die het samenklonteren van het eiwit alfa-synucle\u00efne, de hoofdoorzaak van Parkinson, kunnen blokkeren. Sommige toonden veelbelovende activiteit bij acht keer lagere doses.
