I Massachusetts har den demokratiske senatoren Barry Finegold brukt ChatGPT til \u00e5 utarbeide et lovforslag om regulering av AI-modeller.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finegold understreket behovet for \u00e5penhet i bruken av slik teknologi i lovgivningsprosesser, og sa: \"Vi \u00f8nsker at arbeid som er ChatGPT-genererte, skal v\u00e6re vannmerket.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tidligere i \u00e5r har Costa Ricas lovgivere <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyai.com\/nb\/2023\/07\/costa-rica-uses-chatgpt-to-draft-law-to-regulate-ai\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">brukte ChatGPT til \u00e5 utarbeide lovforslag<\/span><\/a>,<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0og innledet med \"tenk som en advokat\".<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hamilton Sossmeier, presidenten i Porto Alegres bystyre, som f\u00f8rst var kritisk til metoden, har senere revidert sin oppfatning. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Han erkjente nytten av kunstig intelligens, og sa: \"Jeg ombestemte meg.
