Mann p\u00e5grepet for ulovlig produksjon av AI-bilder<\/h2>\n

I en <\/span>relatert sak<\/span><\/a> som BBC rapporterte om samme dag, kunngjorde Greater Manchester Police (GMP) nylig det de beskriver som en \"skjellsettende sak\" som involverer bruk av kunstig intelligens til \u00e5 lage uanstendige bilder av barn.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hugh Nelson, en 27 \u00e5r gammel mann fra Bolton, har innr\u00f8mmet 11 lovbrudd, inkludert distribusjon og produksjon av uanstendige bilder, og skal f\u00e5 sin dom 25. september.<\/span><\/p>\n

Problemene rundt ulovlige AI-genererte bilder blir stadig st\u00f8rre<\/h2>\n

Denne utviklingen kommer i kj\u00f8lvannet av flere andre h\u00f8yprofilerte saker som involverer AI-generert CSAM.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I april ble for eksempel en mann fra Florida siktet for angivelig \u00e5 ha brukt kunstig intelligens til \u00e5 generere eksplisitte bilder av en barnlig nabo. I fjor ble en mann i Nord-Carolina <\/span>barnepsykiater ble d\u00f8mt<\/span><\/a> til 40 \u00e5rs fengsel for \u00e5 ha skapt AI-genererte overgrepsmateriale fra sine barnepasienter.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nylig kunngjorde det amerikanske justisdepartementet arrestasjonen av 42 \u00e5r gamle Steven Anderegg<\/a> i Wisconsin for angivelig \u00e5 ha skapt mer enn 13 000 AI-genererte overgrepsbilder av barn.<\/span><\/p>\n
