Men s\u00e5 vidt vi vet, er de enn\u00e5 ikke i stand til \u00e5 oversette en muntlig eller skriftlig instruksjon til en sensomotorisk handling, og enda mindre til \u00e5 forklare den til en annen kunstig intelligens slik at den kan reprodusere den.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teamet i Gen\u00e8ve videreutviklet en eksisterende kunstig nevral modell (ANN) for spr\u00e5kforst\u00e5else, S-Bert. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De koblet S-Bert til et mindre, enklere nettverk som simulerte menneskehjernens omr\u00e5der for spr\u00e5koppfatning og spr\u00e5kproduksjon - Wernicke- og Broca-omr\u00e5dene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gjennom oppl\u00e6ring kunne dette nettverket utf\u00f8re oppgaver basert p\u00e5 skrevne engelske instruksjoner og deretter formidle disse oppgavene spr\u00e5klig til et \"s\u00f8sternettverk\", slik at de to AI-ene kunne kommunisere oppgaveinstruksjoner utelukkende gjennom spr\u00e5k.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reidar Riveland, en doktorgradsstudent som deltok i studien, forklarer: \"Vi tok utgangspunkt i en eksisterende modell av kunstige nevroner, S-Bert, som har 300 millioner nevroner og er forh\u00e5ndstrenet til \u00e5 forst\u00e5 spr\u00e5k.
