Loven vil mest sannsynlig tre i kraft i mai i \u00e5r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AI-loven innf\u00f8rer en ny, risikobasert tiln\u00e6rming til AI-styring. AI-loven er sv\u00e6rt omfattende, og omfatter alt fra hverdagslige verkt\u00f8y som spamfiltre til mer komplekse systemer som brukes i helsevesenet og rettsh\u00e5ndhevelse.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blant de mest bemerkelsesverdige reglene i loven er at den direkte forbyr AI-systemer som er i stand til \u00e5 manipulere kognitiv atferd, sosial scoring og uautorisert biometrisk identifikasjon.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00e5 har vi h\u00f8yrisikokategorien, som omfatter kunstig intelligens i kritisk infrastruktur, utdanningsverkt\u00f8y, arbeidsledelse med mer. Selv om disse plattformene ikke er stemplet som h\u00f8yrisikoplatt, forventes det at de er \u00e5pne om hvordan de fungerer og hvilke data de trener p\u00e5, i tr\u00e5d med EUs lover om opphavsrett.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her er en kort oppsummering av de viktigste reglene i loven:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Forbudte AI-systemer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Involverer kognitiv atferdsmanipulasjon, sosial poengberegning, uautorisert biometrisk identifikasjon og ansiktsgjenkjenning i sanntid\/fjernstyrt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>AI-systemer med h\u00f8y risiko<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Relatert til kritisk infrastruktur, utdanning\/yrkesoppl\u00e6ring, produktsikkerhetskomponenter, sysselsetting og arbeidsledelse, viktige private og offentlige tjenester, rettsh\u00e5ndhevelse, migrasjon\/asyl\/grensekontroll og administrasjon av rettsvesenet\/demokratiske prosesser.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Vurdering og klager<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: AI-systemer med h\u00f8y risiko vil bli vurdert f\u00f8r de lanseres p\u00e5 markedet og gjennom hele livssyklusen. Enkeltpersoner har rett til \u00e5 klage til nasjonale myndigheter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Generativ AI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Systemer som ChatGPT m\u00e5 oppfylle kravene til \u00e5penhet og EUs opphavsrettslovgivning, blant annet ved \u00e5 offentliggj\u00f8re AI-generert innhold, forhindre ulovlig innholdsgenerering og oppsummere opphavsrettsbeskyttede data som brukes til oppl\u00e6ring.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Tidslinje for implementering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: AI-loven skal etter planen tre i kraft i midten av 2024, med bestemmelser som rulles ut trinnvis i l\u00f8pet av to \u00e5r. Forbudte systemer m\u00e5 fases ut innen seks m\u00e5neder, regler for generell AI gjelder etter ett \u00e5r, og full h\u00e5ndhevelse begynner to \u00e5r etter at loven trer i kraft.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>B\u00f8ter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Manglende overholdelse kan f\u00f8re til b\u00f8ter p\u00e5 opptil 35 millioner euro eller 7% av den \u00e5rlige omsetningen p\u00e5 verdensbasis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I tillegg til \u00e5 regulere oppl\u00e6ring i og bruk av kunstig intelligens, var et av de mest etterlengtede aspektene ved loven reglene om opphavsrett.
