Mais nous avons montr\u00e9 qu'en apprenant au syst\u00e8me \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 faire de petites adaptations, on peut r\u00e9aliser d'importantes \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie et capturer plus de carbone en m\u00eame temps.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La capture du carbone est un processus essentiel pour att\u00e9nuer l'impact environnemental du CO2, le principal gaz \u00e0 effet de serre produit par la plupart des centrales \u00e9lectriques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour ce faire, on a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement recours \u00e0 l'alt\u00e9ration climatique am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, une m\u00e9thode qui consiste \u00e0 faire barboter les gaz de combustion dans de l'eau contenant du calcaire, ce qui r\u00e9agit avec le carbonate de calcium pour former du bicarbonate inoffensif.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toutefois, ce processus est gourmand en \u00e9nergie, car il faut de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour pomper l'eau et le CO2. L'usine de capture du CO2 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e disposait de sa propre \u00e9olienne pour l'\u00e9nergie renouvelable, mais lorsque le temps \u00e9tait plus calme et que cela ne suffisait pas, elle utilisait l'\u00e9nergie du r\u00e9seau.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les r\u00e9alisations de l'\u00e9quipe de recherche r\u00e9sident dans l'utilisation de l'IA pour permettre au syst\u00e8me mod\u00e8le de pr\u00e9voir les fluctuations de la production de CO2 et de la disponibilit\u00e9 des \u00e9nergies renouvelables.
