Les r\u00e9sultats ont confirm\u00e9 que l'innovation contribue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9tection des ad\u00e9nomes chez les endoscopistes ayant diff\u00e9rents niveaux d'exp\u00e9rience.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'\u00e9tude a utilis\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me d'apprentissage profond appel\u00e9 d\u00e9tection de polype assist\u00e9e par ordinateur (CADe), qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 ses avantages cliniques dans la d\u00e9tection d'ad\u00e9nomes en temps r\u00e9el.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> L'\u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur 22 endoscopistes d\u00e9butants ayant effectu\u00e9 moins de 500 endoscopies et moins de trois ans de formation. Ces endoscopistes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9s en groupes d\u00e9butants et interm\u00e9diaires en fonction de leur niveau d'exp\u00e9rience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Men\u00e9e \u00e0 Hong Kong d'avril 2021 \u00e0 juillet 2022 sous la forme d'un essai contr\u00f4l\u00e9 randomis\u00e9 en simple aveugle et en groupes parall\u00e8les, l'\u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur des participants ayant subi une coloscopie de d\u00e9pistage, de surveillance ou de diagnostic. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9partis au hasard dans un rapport de 1:1 pour recevoir soit des coloscopies assist\u00e9es par CADe, soit des coloscopies standard (groupe de contr\u00f4le).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leurs performances ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es sur 766 patients, dont pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 ont subi des coloscopies assist\u00e9es par CADe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que le taux de d\u00e9tection des ad\u00e9nomes (ADR) \u00e9tait significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans le groupe CADe (57,5%) que dans le groupe t\u00e9moin (44,5%).
