Garantizar\u00e1 la r\u00e1pida identificaci\u00f3n del esperma en las muestras, lo que no solo aumentar\u00e1 las posibilidades de que una pareja conciba sus propios hijos biol\u00f3gicos, sino que tambi\u00e9n reducir\u00e1 el estr\u00e9s del esperma y aumentar\u00e1 la eficiencia en el laboratorio.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo funciona<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Los investigadores destacaron que aproximadamente 1% de todos los hombres, alrededor de 5% de las parejas que buscan tratamiento de fertilidad, padecen azoospermia no obstructiva (NOA), una forma grave de infertilidad caracterizada por la ausencia de espermatozoides en el semen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En la actualidad, los embri\u00f3logos identifican los espermatozoides para la ICSI desmenuzando minuciosamente muestras de tejido y separ\u00e1ndolas con pinzas o agujas finas. Los espermatozoides presentes se liberan en un l\u00edquido especialmente preparado, se colocan en una placa de Petri y se analizan al microscopio. El equipo entren\u00f3 el algoritmo de IA utilizando miles de im\u00e1genes de microscopio con espermatozoides etiquetados.
