Se espera que en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas y meses se adhieran m\u00e1s pa\u00edses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaborado a lo largo de dos a\u00f1os con aportaciones de m\u00e1s de 50 pa\u00edses, su objetivo es crear un marco mundial unificado y jur\u00eddicamente vinculante para la gobernanza de la IA.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Un nuevo cap\u00edtulo en la regulaci\u00f3n de la IA<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este tratado es el \u00faltimo de una serie de esfuerzos por regular la IA. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En los \u00faltimos meses se ha producido una oleada de acuerdos, entre ellos el de la UE <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyai.com\/es\/2024\/08\/the-eu-ai-act-comes-into-force-today-what-you-need-to-know\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ley AI<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el acuerdo del G7 del pasado octubre, y el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyai.com\/es\/2023\/11\/uk-government-reveals-the-ai-safety-summit-bletchley-declaration\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Declaraci\u00f3n de Bletchley<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> firmado por 28 pa\u00edses en noviembre de 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En mayo, 16 empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas internacionales, entre ellas Amazon, Google y Microsoft, tambi\u00e9n firmaron un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyai.com\/es\/2024\/05\/tech-companies-across-the-globe-commit-to-fresh-set-of-voluntary-rules\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nuevo marco voluntario de seguridad<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las iniciativas de gobernanza de la IA se acumulan.
