Dadurch konnte das Modell die mit der Wachstumshemmung verbundenen chemischen Merkmale erlernen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Das Modell trainiert und getestet<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nachdem das Modell trainiert worden war, analysierten die Forscher einen Satz von 6.680 Verbindungen, die dem Modell zuvor nicht bekannt waren. Diese Verbindungen stammten aus dem Drug Repurposing Hub des Broad Institute. Das Modell w\u00e4hlte ein paar hundert Verbindungen aus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aus dieser Liste w\u00e4hlten die Forscher 240 aus, um sie im Labor zu testen.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sie konzentrierten sich auf Verbindungen, die sich in ihrer Struktur von bestehenden Antibiotika unterscheiden, da sie dadurch eher in der Lage sind, eine Antibiotikaresistenz zu umgehen.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experimentelle Laboruntersuchungen<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Durch Labortests konnte die Liste auf 9 Antibiotika eingegrenzt werden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eine dieser Verbindungen, die urspr\u00fcnglich als potenzielles Diabetesmedikament untersucht wurde, erwies sich als \u00e4u\u00dferst wirksam bei der Abt\u00f6tung von <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A. baumannii<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
