Adenome k\u00f6nnen jedoch aufgrund ihrer flachen Form, einer schlechten Vorbereitung des Darms und der unterschiedlichen F\u00e4higkeiten der Endoskopiker \u00fcbersehen werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Hauptautor Louis H.S. Lau erkl\u00e4rte zu diesem Thema: \"Unsere Forschung ist f\u00fcr die zuk\u00fcnftige Entwicklung der KI in der klinischen Medizin und der endoskopischen Ausbildung von Bedeutung. Junge Endoskopiker sind in der Regel weniger ge\u00fcbt und ben\u00f6tigen w\u00e4hrend ihrer ersten Lernphasen ein h\u00f6heres Ma\u00df an Unterst\u00fctzung\".<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lau f\u00fcgte hinzu: \"Unsere Forschung ist f\u00fcr die endoskopische Ausbildung von Bedeutung, da sie zeigt, dass der Einsatz von KI den Teilnehmern eine bildliche Anleitung bietet, um die Fertigkeiten auf eine standardisiertere Weise zu \u00fcben. Die Ergebnisse best\u00e4tigen, dass die Innovation dazu beitr\u00e4gt, die F\u00e4higkeit zur Adenomerkennung bei Endoskopikern mit unterschiedlichem Erfahrungsstand zu verbessern.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In der Studie wurde ein Deep-Learning-System mit dem Namen Computer-Aided Polyp Detection (CADe) eingesetzt, das seinen klinischen Nutzen bei der Echtzeit-Erkennung von Adenomen bereits unter Beweis gestellt hat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> An der Untersuchung nahmen 22 junge Endoskopiker mit weniger als 500 Endoskopien und weniger als drei Jahren Ausbildung teil. Diese Endoskopiker wurden entsprechend ihrer Erfahrung in Anf\u00e4nger- und Fortgeschrittenengruppen eingeteilt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Studie wurde von April 2021 bis Juli 2022 in Hongkong als randomisierte, kontrollierte Einzelblindstudie mit parallelen Gruppen durchgef\u00fchrt und umfasste Teilnehmer, die sich einer Vorsorge-, \u00dcberwachungs- oder Diagnosekoloskopie unterzogen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese Teilnehmer wurden nach dem Zufallsprinzip im Verh\u00e4ltnis 1:1 entweder einer CADe-unterst\u00fctzten Koloskopie oder einer Standardkoloskopie (Kontrollgruppe) zugeteilt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ihre Leistung wurde bei 766 Patienten bewertet, von denen sich fast die H\u00e4lfte einer CADe-gest\u00fctzten Koloskopie unterzogen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Adenom-Erkennungsrate (ADR) in der CADe-Gruppe (57,5%) deutlich h\u00f6her war als in der Kontrollgruppe (44,5%).
