Dies erfordert in der Regel einen Krankenhausaufenthalt \u00fcber Nacht und das Anbringen von bis zu 20 Sensoren am Patienten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Daten dieser Sensoren werden dann zum Apnoe-Hypopnoe-Index (AHI) zusammengefasst, der die Anzahl der Apnoen - Atemstillst\u00e4nde - pro Stunde misst, um den Schweregrad der Erkrankung zu ermitteln.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die PSG ist nicht nur langsam und m\u00fchsam, sondern hat auch ihre Schw\u00e4chen. Hyung-Sin Kim von der Seoul National University in S\u00fcdkorea erkl\u00e4rte: \"Viele Menschen sagen, dass sie w\u00e4hrend der PSG wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten nicht gut schlafen k\u00f6nnen. Ihr KI-Tool, SlAction, kann dann anhand des Videos die St\u00f6rung diagnostizieren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um die KI zu trainieren, verwendeten die Forscher Videomaterial von zahlreichen Personen, die jeweils etwa 6 Stunden lang waren und in drei Krankenh\u00e4usern aufgenommen wurden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anhand dieser Videos, die mit professionellen Diagnosen versehen waren, konnte die KI lernen, die visuellen Anzeichen von OSA zu erkennen, wie z. B. h\u00e4ufiges Aufwachen oder Keuchen. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In den Auswertungen identifizierte das System OSA mit einer Trefferquote von 88%.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie die Studie funktionierte<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Einf\u00fchrung von SlAction<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Eine Gruppe von Forschern hat \"SlAction\" entwickelt, ein innovatives System zur Erkennung von obstruktiver Schlafapnoe (OSA) bei Einzelpersonen. Zur Beantwortung dieser Frage analysierten sie einen umfangreichen Schlafvideodatensatz von \u00fcber 5 098 Stunden.
