Allerdings sind die KI-Tools nicht immer in der Lage, ihre eigenen Ungenauigkeiten zu erkennen.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als Reaktion darauf hat Google ein neues KI-System mit der Bezeichnung \"Complementarity-driven Deferral-to-Clinical Workflow\" (CoDoC) entwickelt, das erkennen kann, wann man KI-basierten Diagnosen vertrauen und eine zweite Meinung eines menschlichen Arztes einholen sollte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nach Angaben von <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41591-023-02437-x\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">die Studie<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CoDoC reduziert den Arbeitsaufwand f\u00fcr die Analyse medizinischer Scandaten um 66%, erkennt aber auch, wenn eine KI-Entscheidung potenziell falsch ist, was die Zahl der Fehlalarme um 25% reduziert.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CoDoC arbeitet parallel zu bestehenden KI-Systemen, die typischerweise f\u00fcr die Interpretation medizinischer Bilder wie R\u00f6ntgenaufnahmen der Brust oder Mammographien verwendet werden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn beispielsweise ein KI-Tool eine Mammographie interpretiert, pr\u00fcft CoDoC, ob das Vertrauen in die Analyse des Tools gro\u00df genug ist, um sich darauf verlassen zu k\u00f6nnen. Im Falle von Unklarheiten bittet CoDoC einen menschlichen Experten um eine zweite Meinung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und so funktioniert es:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um CoDoC zu trainieren, nahm Google Daten aus bestehenden klinischen KI-Tools und verglich sie mit der Interpretation der gleichen Bilder durch einen menschlichen Arzt.
