Das Ergebnis wurde der Legislative in unver\u00e4nderter Form vorgelegt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"Wir haben viele positive Reaktionen erhalten, aber auch viele Leute, die es f\u00fcr sehr riskant hielten\", sagte die Kongressabgeordnete Vanessa Castro, die den Gesetzentwurf eingebracht hatte. Einige Gesetzgeber kritisierten den Gesetzentwurf als eine Liste von \"nice to haves\" und nicht als umsetzbare Gesetze.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der von der KI erstellte Gesetzesentwurf schlug vor: \"Wir sollten auf der Grundlage von Grundrechten und internationalen Konventionen regeln\". Zur Verteidigung von ChatGPT: Der Rest der Welt kann sich nicht darauf einigen, was diese Rechte und Konventionen sein sollten und wie sie gew\u00e4hrleistet werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Gesetzentwurf hat gezeigt, welchen Beitrag die KI zum Gesetzgebungsverfahren leisten kann. Es wurde aber auch deutlich, wie wichtig menschliche Diskussionen sind, um sicherzustellen, dass soziale Belange nicht der Effizienz und kalten Maschinenlogik geopfert werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KI-Regulierung in Lateinamerika kommt nur langsam voran<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Costa Rica ist das achte Land in Lateinamerika, das im letzten Jahr Gesetze zur Regulierung von KI verabschiedet oder diskutiert hat. Mit dem Einzug der Technologie in die KI versuchen die Gesetzgeber, mit den ethischen Fragen Schritt zu halten, die die neuen Technologien aufwerfen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die brasilianischen Gesetzgeber haben in den letzten vier Jahren \u00fcber m\u00f6gliche KI-Gesetze diskutiert.
