In den 2010er Jahren haben KI-Modelle f\u00fcr die Computer-Vision (CV) ihre F\u00e4higkeit unter Beweis gestellt, medizinische Scans \u00e4hnlich wie Menschen zu interpretieren. Im Jahr 2018 haben Forscher von DeepMind, UCL und Moorfields Eye Hospital <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2018\/8\/13\/17670156\/deepmind-ai-eye-disease-doctor-moorfields\">ein bahnbrechendes KI-Modell entwickelt<\/a> 50 Augenkrankheiten so genau zu diagnostizieren wie ein Arzt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Seitdem hat sich die KI-gest\u00fctzte medizinische Bildgebung und Diagnostik rasant weiterentwickelt, wobei zahlreiche Modelle eine h\u00f6here Genauigkeit als menschliche Spezialisten aufweisen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Im Gegensatz zu den oft \u00fcberlasteten Radiologen arbeiten KI unerm\u00fcdlich, entlasten die menschlichen Teams und erm\u00f6glichen ihnen eine bessere Versorgung und Behandlung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Am Freitag hat der britische Gesundheitsminister Steve Barclay <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/2023\/06\/23\/nhs-lung-cancer-stroke-diagnosis-ai-analyse-x-rays\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">angek\u00fcndigte Pl\u00e4ne<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> f\u00fcr den Einsatz von KI-gest\u00fctzter medizinischer Diagnostik f\u00fcr Lungenkrebs noch vor dem Winter dieses Jahres. Mehr als 20 NHS-Standorte haben bereits mit der Einf\u00fchrung dieser Technologie begonnen. Erste Ergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass sie 40-mal pr\u00e4ziser sein k\u00f6nnte als herk\u00f6mmliche Verfahren und Ergebnisse in weniger als 30 Sekunden liefert. Monatlich werden in England \u00fcber 600 000 R\u00f6ntgenaufnahmen durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden Krankenh\u00e4user damit beginnen, KI-Technologie f\u00fcr die Schlaganfalldiagnose einzusetzen, was dazu f\u00fchrt, dass die Patienten im Durchschnitt eine Stunde fr\u00fcher behandelt werden und sich die Genesungsrate verdreifacht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Barclay sagte: \"K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz ver\u00e4ndert bereits die Art und Weise, wie wir die Gesundheitsf\u00fcrsorge bereitstellen, und KI-Tools haben im gesamten NHS bereits einen erheblichen Einfluss auf die fr\u00fchere Diagnose von Krankheiten, was bedeutet, dass die Menschen schneller behandelt werden k\u00f6nnen.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gesundheitsbeh\u00f6rden hoffen, dass KI und andere Technologien dem britischen Gesundheitssystem helfen werden, R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde und Personalmangel abzubauen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Der nationale medizinische Direktor des NHS, Professor Stephen Powis, f\u00fcgte hinzu: \"Der NHS nutzt bereits landesweit die Vorteile der KI, um schwere Krankheiten fr\u00fcher zu erkennen und zu behandeln und die Wartelisten besser zu verwalten, damit die Patienten schneller behandelt werden k\u00f6nnen.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wie AI in der medizinischen Diagnostik eingesetzt wird<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">AI Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), eine Form von Deep Learning-Modellen, ver\u00e4ndern die medizinische Diagnostik. Die Interpretation von Scans ist keine leichte Aufgabe, und <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5265198\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Studien beobachten Fehlerquoten<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> von etwa 3 bis 5% oder h\u00f6her, wenn die Radiologen erm\u00fcdet oder \u00fcberlastet sind.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CNN-Modelle arbeiten \u00e4hnlich wie die Neuronen im menschlichen Gehirn.
