November.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In seinem <a href=\"https:\/\/research.checkpoint.com\/2026\/chatgpt-lockdown-mode-bypass-phishing-malware-delivery-and-silent-data-exfiltration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technische Beschreibung<\/a>, Check Point Research beschreibt den Lockdown-Modus als optionalen Sicherheitsschalter f\u00fcr ChatGPT. Ist er aktiviert, wird der Live-Webzugriff auf zwischengespeicherte Seiten beschr\u00e4nkt, das Laden von Bildern aus dem offenen Internet blockiert und Funktionen wie Deep Research, Agentenmodus, Live-Connectors und Dateidownloads deaktiviert. Ziel ist es, die Wege zu unterbrechen, \u00fcber die ein Prompt-Injection-Angriff Daten nach au\u00dfen sendet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wo das Loch sa\u00df<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Fehler lag nicht in den Antworten des Modells. Er lag vielmehr darin, wie ChatGPT HTML-Seitenvorschauen innerhalb von Codebl\u00f6cken rendert. Diese Vorschauen laufen in einer Sandbox, sodass sie ohne Genehmigung weder Cookies lesen noch mit dem Internet kommunizieren k\u00f6nnen. Check Point stellte fest, dass verschachtelte Vorschau-Frames es Popup-Fenstern dennoch erm\u00f6glichten, diese Sandbox zu verlassen und den Sperrmodus zu umgehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au\u00dferhalb der Sandbox konnten Angreifer durch manipulierte Eingabeaufforderungen, b\u00f6sartige GPT-Prozesse oder einen gemeinsamen Chat kontrollierte Fenster \u00f6ffnen. Laut Check Point erm\u00f6glichte dieser Weg das Kopieren des Chatverlaufs auf einen Server eines Drittanbieters, das Anzeigen gef\u00e4lschter Update-Bildschirme oder das Herunterladen von Schadsoftware. Bei der Electron-basierten Desktop-App ChatGPT Classic war f\u00fcr das Datenleck laut Forschern kein Benutzerklick erforderlich \u2013 es gen\u00fcgte, eine Konversation mit einem b\u00f6sartigen GPT-Prozess zu starten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Behoben, aber nicht vergessen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OpenAI teilte Check Point am 18.
