Diese Zahlen stammen aus einer Umfrage der Jed Foundation, einer US-amerikanischen Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsorganisation f\u00fcr psychische Gesundheit von Jugendlichen, unter 5.560 Sch\u00fclern. Die Studie ergab au\u00dferdem, dass die Nutzung bestimmter Chatbots mit einer Verschlechterung der psychischen Gesundheit einhergeht.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Zahlen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die <a href=\"https:\/\/jedfoundation.org\/understanding-relationships-between-ai-mental-health-students-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bericht<\/a>, Die am 27. Oktober ver\u00f6ffentlichte Studie basiert auf Umfragen, die zwischen Oktober 2025 und April 2026 an 21 US-amerikanischen Schulen durchgef\u00fchrt wurden, die an den Programmen der Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsorganisation teilnehmen. Klasse nutzten sie f\u00fcr Freundschaften oder als Begleitung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So sieht der Link aus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studierende, die KI als Begleiter nutzten, wiesen mehr Angst- und Depressionssymptome auf, f\u00fchlten sich einsamer und hatten h\u00e4ufiger Suizidgedanken oder -versuche. Bei Studierenden, die Chatbots um Beziehungsratschl\u00e4ge baten, zeigte sich ein \u00e4hnliches Muster, und selbst die Nutzung von KI f\u00fcr Hausaufgaben war mit verst\u00e4rkter Einsamkeit verbunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mittelsch\u00fcler, M\u00e4dchen sowie schwarze, hispanische, indigene und multirassische Sch\u00fcler griffen bei Niedergeschlagenheit h\u00e4ufiger auf KI zur\u00fcck als andere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKI bietet Jugendlichen zwar m\u00f6glicherweise eine unmittelbare und leicht zug\u00e4ngliche M\u00f6glichkeit, sich zu entfalten, aber sie kann die entwicklungsf\u00f6rdernden, sch\u00fctzenden und notwendigen Vorteile menschlicher Beziehungen nicht ersetzen\u201d, sagte Dr. Kayla Anderson, Vizepr\u00e4sidentin f\u00fcr Forschung der Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsorganisation und Autorin des Berichts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was es nicht zeigt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsorganisation weist klar auf die Grenzen der Studie hin. Die Daten stellen eine Momentaufnahme dar, keine Langzeitstudie, und die Schulen sind keine repr\u00e4sentative Stichprobe f\u00fcr die gesamte Nation. Daher l\u00e4sst sich nicht sagen, ob Chatbots das Befinden von Teenagern verschlimmern oder ob Teenager, die sich ohnehin schon schlecht f\u00fchlen, einfach eher zu einem Chatbot greifen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum es wichtig ist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr Eltern ist die Botschaft klar: Chatbots geh\u00f6ren mittlerweile zu den ersten Anlaufstellen f\u00fcr viele Teenager, wenn sie ver\u00e4rgert sind. Auch Gesetzgeber reagieren auf diese Sorge. New York hat gerade ein entsprechendes Gesetz unterzeichnet. <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyai.com\/de\/2026\/10\/new-york-law-makes-chatbots-check-ages-before-acting-like-a-friend\/\">Gesetz, das Chatbots zur Alterspr\u00fcfung verpflichtet<\/a> bevor er sich wie ein Freund verh\u00e4lt, und Australien ist <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyai.com\/de\/2026\/10\/australia-moves-to-stop-ai-chatbots-posing-as-childrens-best-friends\/\">Ma\u00dfnahmen gegen Chatbots, die sich als beste Freunde von Kindern ausgeben<\/a>.
