Der SAG-AFTRA-Exekutivausschuss hat einstimmig die <\/span>vorl\u00e4ufige Vereinbarung<\/span><\/a> Er wurde am Mittwoch, den 10. April, verabschiedet und wird nun den Mitgliedern zur Ratifizierung vorgelegt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SAG-AFTRA vertritt einen betr\u00e4chtlichen Teil der kreativen Arbeitskr\u00e4fte in den USA und war an den Hollywood schl\u00e4gt zu<\/a> letztes Jahr.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Die vorl\u00e4ufige Vereinbarung gilt f\u00fcr die Jahre 2021 bis 2026 und umfasst die Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group und Disney Music Group. Somit werden einige Tonaufnahmen, die vor heute gemacht wurden und bis 2021 zur\u00fcckreichen, gesch\u00fctzt sein.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Vereinbarung sieht vor, dass der K\u00fcnstler seine ausdr\u00fcckliche und unmissverst\u00e4ndliche Zustimmung geben muss, bevor er eine Tonaufnahme mit einer digitalen Wiedergabe seiner Stimme ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus sieht die Vereinbarung vor, dass der K\u00fcnstler eine Mindestverg\u00fctung erh\u00e4lt und eine detaillierte Beschreibung der Verwendung seiner digital nachgebildeten Stimme in einer Aufnahme vorgelegt wird.<\/p>\n

Wenn er angenommen wird, wird er Teil eines neuen Vertrags f\u00fcr den nationalen SAG-AFTRA-Kodex f\u00fcr faire Praktiken bei Tonaufnahmen sein.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es ist wichtig anzumerken, dass die SAG-AFTRA f\u00fcr S\u00e4nger und S\u00e4ngerinnen zust\u00e4ndig ist, w\u00e4hrend Instrumentalmusiker unter den Schutz der Amerikanischer Verband der Musikschaffenden<\/span><\/span><\/span> (AFM), so dass sie im Rahmen dieser Vereinbarung wahrscheinlich nicht gesch\u00fctzt werden.<\/p>\n

SAG-AFTRA National Executive Director & Chief Negotiator Duncan Crabtree-Ireland sagte: \"SAG-AFTRA und die gr\u00f6\u00dften Plattenfirmen der Musikindustrie haben eine bahnbrechende Vereinbarung getroffen, die zum ersten Mal tarifvertragliche Leitplanken festlegt, die S\u00e4ngern und K\u00fcnstlern einen ethischen und verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit dem Einsatz von k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz in der Musikindustrie garantieren.\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Musiker und Interpreten sind von KI bedroht<\/h2>\n

Musiker und Interpreten haben mit dem Aufkommen von KI-generierten Text-to-Music-Tools wie Udio und Suno zu k\u00e4mpfen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Suno wurde bereits <\/span>ausgesetzt f\u00fcr die Erzeugung von Musik<\/span><\/a> verbl\u00fcffende \u00c4hnlichkeit mit internationalen Hits wie ABBAs \"Dancing Queen\" und Queens \"We Will Rock You\". <\/span><\/p>\n

Udio<\/span><\/a> baut auf dem Zugang von Suno auf, aber auch hier dauerte es nicht lange, bis sich die Songs als Ableitungen von urheberrechtlich gesch\u00fctzten Werken zu erkennen gaben.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Wahrscheinlichkeit ist gro\u00df, dass Tausende von urheberrechtlich gesch\u00fctzten Liedern verwendet wurden, um diese Modelle zu trainieren.
