Resultatet blev sendt til den lovgivende forsamling, som det var.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"Vi har f\u00e5et mange positive reaktioner og mange mennesker, der mente, at det var meget risikabelt\", sagde kongresmedlem Vanessa Castro, som stod i spidsen for lovforslaget. Om den opfattede risiko l\u00e5 i kvaliteten af de love, der kunne vedtages, eller i lovgivernes jobsikkerhed, blev ikke forklaret.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ChatGPT havde nogle standardforslag som f.eks. at oprette en statslig institution til at regulere AI-systemer, der styres af de 4 principper for AI-etik. Nogle lovgivere kritiserede lovforslaget som en liste over \"nice to haves\" snarere end handlingsrettede love.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det AI-genererede lovforslag foreslog: \"Vi b\u00f8r regulere baseret p\u00e5 grundl\u00e6ggende rettigheder og internationale konventioner\". Til forsvar for ChatGPT kan resten af verden heller ikke blive enige om, hvad disse rettigheder og konventioner skal v\u00e6re, og hvordan de skal sikres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lovforslaget viste det potentielle bidrag, som kunstig intelligens kan yde til lovgivningsprocessen. Men det understregede ogs\u00e5, hvor vigtige menneskelige diskussioner er for at sikre, at sociale sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l ikke ofres for effektivitet og kold maskinlogik.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AI-regulering i Latinamerika g\u00f8r langsomme fremskridt<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Costa Rica er det ottende land i Latinamerika, der har vedtaget eller diskuteret love om regulering af kunstig intelligens inden for det seneste \u00e5r. I maj fremlagde formanden for det brasilianske senat, Rodrigo Pacheco, endelig et lovforslag, der skitserer, hvordan AI skal reguleres for at beskytte de brasilianske borgere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De vigtigste aspekter af lovforslaget fokuserer p\u00e5 at sikre, at problemer med ulighed og racisme ikke forst\u00e6rkes med indf\u00f8relsen af AI.
