USA, EU, Storbritannien og Israel var blandt de f\u00f8rste underskrivere.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Andre underskrivere var Andorra, Georgien, Island, Norge, Republikken Moldova og San Marino. Flere lande forventes at tilslutte sig i l\u00f8bet af de kommende uger og m\u00e5neder.<\/span><\/p>\n

Den er udviklet over to \u00e5r med input fra mere end 50 lande og har til form\u00e5l at skabe en samlet global, juridisk bindende ramme for styring af kunstig intelligens.<\/span><\/p>\n

Et nyt kapitel i AI-regulering<\/b><\/h2>\n

Denne traktat er den seneste i en r\u00e6kke bestr\u00e6belser p\u00e5 at regulere AI. <\/span><\/p>\n

De seneste m\u00e5neder har budt p\u00e5 et v\u00e6ld af aftaler, herunder EU's <\/span>AI-loven<\/span><\/a>, G7-aftalen i oktober sidste \u00e5r og <\/span>Bletchley-erkl\u00e6ringen<\/span><\/a> underskrevet af 28 lande i november 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Traktaten d\u00e6kker brugen af AI i den offentlige og private sektor. Organisationer skal vurdere deres AI-systemers indvirkning p\u00e5 rettigheder og demokrati og offentligg\u00f8re deres resultater.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Desuden skal brugerne vide, hvorn\u00e5r de interagerer med AI og ikke med mennesker, og de skal kunne udfordre beslutninger truffet af AI.<\/span><\/p>\n

Selvom rammerne beskrives som \"juridisk h\u00e5ndh\u00e6velige\", synes de at mangle specifikke sanktioner som b\u00f8der. Den er prim\u00e6rt afh\u00e6ngig af overv\u00e5gning for at sikre overholdelse. <\/span><\/p>\n

Der har v\u00e6ret brudstykker af h\u00e5ndh\u00e6velse mod AI-virksomheder, herunder i denne uge, hvor Clearview AI fik en b\u00f8de p\u00e5 $33m<\/a> af et hollandsk agentur for at skrabe ansigtsbilleder til sin billeddatabase.<\/span><\/p>\n
