I oktober 2023 annoncerede New Yorks borgmester Eric Adams et AI-drevet chatbot-samarbejde med Microsoft for at hj\u00e6lpe virksomhedsejere med at forst\u00e5 offentlige regler.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Dette projekt kom hurtigt ud af kurs og gav ulovlig r\u00e5dgivning om f\u00f8lsomme sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om bolig- og forbrugerrettigheder. <\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00e5r udlejere f.eks. spurgte, om de kunne acceptere lejere med \u00a7 8-kuponer, r\u00e5dede chatbotten til at afvise dem.<\/p>\n

I henhold til New Yorks love er det ulovligt at diskriminere lejere p\u00e5 grund af deres indt\u00e6gtskilde, med meget begr\u00e6nsede undtagelser.<\/p>\n

Da Rosalind Black, Citywide Housing Director hos Legal Services NYC, unders\u00f8gte chatbottens output, opdagede hun, hvordan chatbotten r\u00e5dede til, at det var tilladt at l\u00e5se lejere ude.
