Selvom de ikke betegnes som h\u00f8jrisiko, forventes det, at disse platforme er gennemsigtige med hensyn til deres arbejde og de data, de tr\u00e6ner p\u00e5, hvilket er i overensstemmelse med EU's love om ophavsret.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her er en kort opsummering af lovens vigtigste regler:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Forbudte AI-systemer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Involverer kognitiv adf\u00e6rdsmanipulation, social scoring, uautoriseret biometrisk identifikation og ansigtsgenkendelse i realtid\/fjernbetjening.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>AI-systemer med h\u00f8j risiko<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Relateret til kritisk infrastruktur, uddannelse\/erhvervsuddannelse, produktsikkerhedskomponenter, besk\u00e6ftigelse og arbejdsledelse, vigtige private og offentlige tjenester, retsh\u00e5ndh\u00e6velse, migration\/asyl\/gr\u00e6nsekontrol og administration af retsv\u00e6senet\/demokratiske processer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Vurdering og klager<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: AI-systemer med h\u00f8j risiko vil blive vurderet f\u00f8r markedslancering og i hele deres livscyklus. Enkeltpersoner har ret til at indgive klager til de nationale myndigheder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Generativ AI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Systemer som ChatGPT skal opfylde krav om gennemsigtighed og EU's lov om ophavsret, herunder afsl\u00f8ring af AI-genereret indhold, forebyggelse af ulovlig indholdsgenerering og opsummering af ophavsretligt beskyttede data, der bruges til tr\u00e6ning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Tidslinje for implementering<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: AI-loven skal tr\u00e6de i kraft i midten af 2024 med bestemmelser, der udrulles i etaper over to \u00e5r.
